Our Client, a global beverage company had built a connected beverage machine with a growing base of user and usage data, but had not yet translated that into concrete product value. As part of a multidisciplinary PA Consulting team, I led the proposition design work: analysing usage data, developing AI-oriented concepts, and validating them with stakeholders across technology, product, and commercial teams. The project delivered a set of validated propositions ready for further development by the client's internal teams.

Context

The client, a global beverage company, had developed a connected beverage machine with the capability to collect user and usage data at scale. The product was live in the market, but the commercial potential of the connected platform had not yet been translated into concrete product propositions.

Challenge

The company needed to define a set of AI-driven value propositions that could realistically be built on top of the existing connected platform. The propositions needed to be grounded in what the data and technology actually made possible, not just what sounded appealing on a slide.

Contribution

I took ownership of the proposition design work within a multidisciplinary team, moving between data analysis and concept development.
